Order Confirmation

Upon placing your order with Order Medicine Villa, you'll receive an immediate email confirmation. Within 24 hours, a second email will confirm that your order is being processed. Should there be any issues with fulfillment or payment, we'll notify you promptly.

Shipping Confirmation

Once your order is processed, it will typically be shipped the same day. A shipping confirmation email will be sent to you, including a tracking number if applicable. This email will also provide estimated delivery times and contact information for any inquiries.

Shipping Method & Fees

All products are shipped via registered airmail at a flat rate of $12. This method is secure and requires a signature upon delivery. If you're unavailable at the time of delivery, a notice will be left with instructions on how to arrange redelivery or where to collect your package. Unclaimed packages will be held for 4 weeks before being returned to us.

PO Boxes and APO Addresses

We can deliver to PO Boxes and APO addresses. Please set your primary shipping address accordingly in your account settings.

Customs Information

As we operate from India, your order may be subject to customs clearance in your country. This process can cause delays ranging from a few days to up to 3 weeks. We recommend ordering in advance to accommodate potential delays.

Delivery Times

Most orders are shipped within 24–48 hours of placement. Delivery times depend on the postal or courier service. If customs hold your order, it may be delayed by 3–21 days. If your order hasn't arrived within the standard delivery time, please allow an additional 7 days before contacting us to determine if it's delayed, held at customs, or lost.

Lost Orders and Reshipments

We will reship or refund any lost orders reported within 8 weeks from the shipping date. Reports made after this period may not be eligible for reshipment or refund.

Conditions for reshipment:

1. An additional 7 days have passed beyond the standard delivery time.

2. The shipping address provided was correct.

If an incorrect address was provided, you'll be responsible for the cost of reshipping. Should the original order be returned to us, we'll contact you regarding a refund, which may take some time as return postage is unpaid.

If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, we will ship a replacement. Alternatively, you may request a full refund.

Please wait 30 days from the shipping date before contacting us about a missing order. If after this period you haven't received your order or any notifications regarding its status, submit a support ticket through our refund section. We'll address your concerns promptly.

For refunds on returned products, items must be unused, unopened, and have an expiry date of more than 3 months.
